Customer Service

Full-time customer service representative. Printing, packaging or production experience a plus, but not required.

Duties include taking customer orders and following up with them through the various stages of manufacturing process; heavy data entry; filing; and phone work. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is very detail oriented and shows initiative. Must be a team player with a stable work history.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of customer service in an office environment, preferably for a manufacturing company. Customer Service in a retail environment will not be considered.

Good communication skills

Strong Data entry

Fluent written and verbal skills in English

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, etc.)
